 Girls Soccer game scheduled for today has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.  The next  scheduled game is Friday, Oct 4th @ 4:30 on Tallahassee field

 Volleyball practice is Wednesday morning from 7-8:50 AM

 Cross-Country Meet#2 takes place at Point Pleasant Park tomorrow.  Any cross-country runners planning on going to the meet tomorrow, please check in with Ms. Wilson.

 The boys soccer team had a great win against Halifax Christian Academy yesterday (3-0).  Goals were scored by Jacob Power, Brayden Ball, and Tyler Milne, Assisted by Gareth Leamon, Oliver  Bray and Brent Stevens.  Oliver Bray was on fire in nets and managed a shut-out.  Great game by the entire team and congrats on a second consecutive win.

 On Wednesday October 2nd, please join Ms Mullen for a Mi'kmaq flag raising and smudge to celebrate Mi'kmaq History Month.  All are welcome.  Permission forms are required for those who wish to participate in the actual smudging. Observers do not require a permission form. Please see Ms Mullen for further information.

 Improv Club will be meeting Thursdays at lunch and after school in the Yoga room, all are welcome!

 There will be a meeting for all yearbook photographers in Room 227 (Ms Tonen's room) on Thursday at lunch.  All are welcome!

 Big thank you to our awesome teachers and students for their participation in yesterday’s AARAO tour. The representatives had fantastic things to say about our Schooners. Based on what they told Ms. Smith, you were highly engaged, polite, asked great questions, and represented ESDH well.  An extra shout out to our student volunteers, Claudia Tattrie-Leck, Tatiana Milner, and Alicia Mannette-Purvis for volunteering to help with the event. Thanks everyone!

 Remainder to grade 12 students who are seeking school sponsorship for the LORAN scholarship, applications are due to Ms. Smith by the end of the day.

 There was a blue raincoat in the lost and found, if it isn’t claimed today it will be going to good will.

 Attention all grade 12 students - mark your calendar for Monday.  During C block, before lunch, you will be called down to the soccer pitch for the annual Grad Class photo for the yearbook.  You don't want to miss it!

 There will be a meeting on Wednesday in Ms. Durning’s Room 223 for any Grade 11 or 12 students travelling to Europe in March Break 2020.
