ALL ESDH Students - check your gnspes email for a google form to vote on which teacher you would like to see get pied in the face during Field day in May. Please note that this is a fundraiser for a good cause!

ESDH is beginning the class of 2023 Valedictorian selection process! If you are interested in giving an interesting, clever, funny, and moving speech, we are asking that you present your 5-10 minute speech to the best of your abilities on video. Please see Mr. Stoffman for tips, and the scoring rubric. Please share your best version with Mr. Stoffman by May 1st.

Grade 12’s don’t forget to go into your gnspes and fill out the grad gown form as soon as possible. Deadline is April 28th

Student Council Announcements:

On April 27, we are planning a Spring Dance.  This is a reminder that in order to be permitted to attend, students must be in good standing with all of their courses.
Also adding onto this, we will be starting ticket selling for the spring fling TODAY and leading into next week! Tickets will be $10 or $8 with a food donation.
Student council members: Reminder that there will be decoration making at lunch in Ms. Watsons room today!

Athletic Announcements:

Boys rugby came out with a 5-5 tie against Auburn yesterday. Shout out to Mike Randell for getting his first try of the season! WTG!

The lacrosse team dominated their game last night against Islandview with a 12-1 win. Josh Reynolds stood tall in nets only allowing one. Gavin Peddle had a big five goals, Kai Brewster got his second goal of tournament play and Hailey Fredericks got her first! The next game will be this Monday against Halifax West at the Grey Arena at 6pm

Girls softball tryouts today after school at the rink field
