The SchoolsPlus room (room 203) will be open today. Anyone on their free block or between classes is welcome to drop in to do homework, read, or just have a quiet space to hang out. Community Outreach Worker Ellen is available to chat or help out if needed.

Shoreprov, Shoreprov, Shoreprov! All students interested in being involved in Eastern Shores Improv theatre club should come to the yoga room, 222 at lunch today for fun, games and meeting new folks.

Due to ongoing construction, the Railway museum property is off limits to all students for this week.

Tomorrow is orange shirt day!! Wear orange to acknowledge the effects of residential schools across Canada. To honor the indigenous community and all the children who did not make it back home. And to show that every child matters.

Musical Theatre people! We are doing a show in March and working on songs from “Dear Evan Hansen,” Hamilton, Hairspray, Tick-Tick-Boom and Wicked. Girls Volleyball practice today after school 330-5pm.

Boys Soccer practice today after school.

Cross Country Meet 4pm at Point Pleasant Park.

Boys Baseball game 815pm tonight vs Cole Hbr at BJ Higgins field.

The girls’ soccer team played a tough game against Sacred Heart yesterday. Our goal was scored by Brianna Desmond after a scramble in front of the net. Kelly Ryan played a strong, aggressive game and we are starting to see some good passing up front. Thanks to the spectators for their encouragement. Our next home game is Wednesday, Oct 4 vs Halifax Grammar.
